Dalmatian Jasper is a stone of joy that helps one get in touch with the playfulness of the inner child; inviting fun, awe and wonder. It is also a nourishing and nurturing crystal, as are all jaspers.
Many believe this stone contains Black Tourmaline, which it does not; but, it does contain hematite and epidote. This makes it highly protective, and excellent for cleansing and absorbing negative energy!
It is a great overall stone as it helps overcome anxiety, tension, stress, fear, exhaustion and depression. Excellent for motivation, goal setting and maintaining a positive outlook.
